Delivery within the EU

While our English website is still a work in progress, we'll happily ship our products to anywhere in the EU. For price quotations, manufacturing times, and delivery rates and times please email us at or call us: 0048 77 451 31 44.

We primarily use DPD and TNT international courier services. We can also deliver bigger shipments ourselves directly to addresses in Germany, Czech Republic and Slovakia. Other delivery methods, including pick-up, can also be arranged.

How to order

There are two easy ways to place an order: online or by email.

Online ordering

Our English-language website allows customers from the European Union to order online using the shopping basket. Registration on the website is not required to place an order online.

To order, add your chosen items to the basket by clicking the "Add to basket" button on the product page. Then choose your country in the shopping basket and proceed to checkout: fill in your billing and shipping information.

Please note that the cost of international shipping varies greatly depending on the weight and size of the package, therefore we cannot quote real shipping costs until after we have received your order. The cost as shown in cart is just an estimate. An invoice with the correct shipping quote – and a correct total - will be emailed to you separately.

Ordering by email

Email us at with the items you wish to order. Please provide contact information and a delivery address so that we can email you back with a shipping quote and a total. To obtain a shipping quote we will need to know your country, city and postal code.

Payment and invoices

At this time we can only accept payment via international bank transfer for both online and email orders.

You can receive an invoice in PLN or EUR – please contact us to be billed in your preferred currency.

EU businesses with a valid VAT number can be billed with no VAT applied.

Frequently asked questions

Do you ship to my country? It doesn't show in the shopping basket options.
If your country does not appear in the shopping basket in the drop-down box marked "Shipping country:", you will need to contact us by email to place an order.

What does this message mean: "The shop administrator did not include a method of shipping which meets your order criteria"?
If this message appears, it means the items you placed in the basket are too heavy or too big to be handled by the international shopping basket. It is still possible to ship them, but you will need to contact us by email to place an order.

What are the shipping costs?
All orders are shipped from Poland. The shipping cost as shown in cart is just a baseline estimate. An invoice with the correct shipping quote will be emailed to you separately after you've placed an order. We will not process the order until we have received a response from you.
